Below I will list some of the responsibilities I need done to help grow the group in number and continue making all of us learn and improve each of our chess games as a whole.

#1. Make team matches, accept team matches, and get higher rated players to join the matches, and finally lock our team when our roster is set and we have a fair game against our opponent.

Explained: This means that you will need to create open seeks and also accept open seeks for team matches. This also means that if we are way outnumbered in the team matches it is your responsibility to find higher rated players in our group and send them a private message with the link of the match and ask them to join. And finally after we have a good roster you are allowed to lock the roster, but ONLY if we have an even rating distribution without. If there is nobody entering the match and we are still outrated you are alllowed to cancel. Whoever is in charge of this task will need to post in THIS group when they lock a match and with what opponnent or if they cancel a match they should post here also. THis is very important you do this !!

#2. Inviting members : I need someone on this job to invite 20 or more people each day . That means you go searching for people that arent in the group and you click on the icon that says invite to group and send them an invite. This person must be friendly and able to work well with people and persuade them to join.

Explain: Not much to explain just do the job and invite!

#3. Daily puzzles: I need someone who is willing and able to find a different puzzle each day and post it through the news section in the group. The news section is located on the right side of the page under the admin tools of the group it should say post news and that is where you should post these puzzles so each and every member will receive a message.

Explain: the puzzles should range from easy, medium , and hard, and should be posted one or more each day

#4. Vote chess: I need someone here who can accept and create open seeks for our team in vote chess. This person must also be able to help lead the discussions and get the group going in the discussion of vote chess within the game.

#5. Question forum: all this involves is just making a forum and asking if anyone has any questions or suggestions , and answering all of their questions and helping them out in any way they need.

#6. Creating tournaments, and other miscellanious things I might need this can range to sending a message to helping do big things. This person would be my go to guy If I have anything else that needs to be done

#7. Posting a game a day. I have this taken care of already.

If you have done everything you have been asigned to do then just invite members or send me a message or post in the group and ask if there is anything you can do to help me out and help better the group. I will be checking our progress and If I see that someone is not doing their job or just flat out stopped trying I willl remove you as admin, but as long as you are working your hardest and helping us make the group better you should be fine.
