@Satishs ji, i have noticed that some of the moves you have played was strategycally wrong in the game you played as White piece. 
First of all when you saw your opponent played 7. ..Be3 which mean he is not going to pin your knight on f3 then why you played 8.h3 ? which was complete waste of time i think. Instead you should have continued to develop another piece. 
Then 13.Bxd4 ? when you have pawns on light square its mean your dark squared Bishop is a Good Bishop. You should have kept your good Bishop on the board. 
Then 14.c3 ? not only loses a piece on the spot but also to attack on the top of the d4-e5-f6 pawn chain was wrong idea. Instead you should have attacked to the base of the pawn chain later of the game.
Then 17.d4? again attack to the top of the pawn chain.
