About: This is the on line group for Ashtead Chess Club which meets every Tuesday at the Peace Memorial Hall, Woodfield Road, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2BE. The "terrestrial" club encourages junior chess which starts at 6:15pm and the seniors start at 7:30pm. Ashtead is affiliated to the Surrey County Chess Association and has teams in the Surrey League and the Surrey/Hants/Berks Borders League.
