There's nothing we can do. This group has a superadmin and an admin. The only possibility is to write a message to these two persons and ask them to make live this group. or if they have no time then they could add admins or superadmins. but that can be made only the now superadmin. Probably they don't come anymore online. So I doubt we have a hope. But if someone wants to try!
