This is a totally autonomous group where every player is equal. Anybody who wishes to become Admin or SuperAdmin can do so, either by nominating himself or others, or he/she can assume administrative responsibilities on turn basis. Overall, admins are just facilitators to the growth of our Team :)

I think we should just play as best we can going for a win, even though they out rate us, you never know a bit of inspired play and we could pull off an upset.
