I've competed in many international tournaments around the world, but since 2015 I have no longer played competitive chess in order to focus on coaching.

As a coach I believe the key to improvement is enjoying the game and setting realistic goals. I'm mostly self-taught in chess so I know what sort of study methods don't work well, and can help you avoid these pitfalls. I can usually help most intermediate players improve a bit as long as they put in some work on their own alongside the sessions.

For coaching enquiries it helps to have some info about yourself, such as how long you've been playing, OTB experience, rating, and especially your time-zone, so that we can plan the best way tailored to your individual needs.
