I've been a flight attendant for over 25 years with TWA which purchased by American Airlines. 10 years later, I've been laid off a couple of times and took advantage of state monies and became a registered nurse.
After 2 years in the hospital, I am now a home health nurse with a company I love. Just got word that we (TWA) flight attendants will be going back to American in the next few months. I'm going to hold on to both jobs and try them together. Keep your fingers crossed it all works out.
