About Me:
Jason Cigan, third-year undergrad at the University of Chicago. Have been playing chess since kindergarten, but only recently started playing in lots of USCF tourneys. Still working on getting my rating closer to my talent level.
At the risk of sounding cliched, my favorite player of all time is Bobby Fischer (though Tal is a very, very close second--this gem the two played against each other should explain why: http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1008399). Pure genius, until his forgettable post-chess years.
