About Me:
I was born and raised in good ole Bakersfield, home of the deceased Buck Owens or what I also like to call the Black Hole of California. For those of you who are wondering "No I have never been cow tipping" but many of the local bars new me well in my younger partying age. I graduated University of Phoenix in 2006 with my BS (that Bachelor's of Science not bull sh!t) in Management and E-business. I have been with my current company, Calcot, Ltd, for 5 years but have worked in the cotton industry for nearly 8. other than my history, I am a pretty normal person; shy but outgoing, sane but crazy, intelligent but suffering from memory loss, you know what I mean unique just like everyone else.
Chess? What is that? Honestly if you had asked me how a knight moves, about 7 months ago, I probably would have told you wrong. Thankfully after my divorce I was re-united with a long lost love of mine, Sean aka Socalraven aka Fiance, who inspired me to play. I am still in that "This isn't that important stage" right now..but I am slowly appreciating the game more and more.I play for at least an hour each day at work (Don't tell my boss) and I probably spend at least 5 hrs/week listening and watching the games played by SoCalRaven (Fiance), Methusala (Fiance's Dad), DjJoe (Friend), and ATCFDrummer (Friend). My mentors. LOL
