About Me:
I really enjoy the following: chess, obscure cult films, an eclectic mix of music, Texas Hold em poker, all things Japanese, Radiohead, absurd comedy, art that makes me want to stare at and study it for hours, remembering dreams (the stranger the better), Greek mythology, the poetic nature of things (by this I mean the things that are indescribable both through words and feelings. If you don’t “know” what I mean by this then you never will), the films of David Lynch, daydreaming on trains, surrealism, RPG‘s (eg. FFVII, Disgaea, Vandel hearts, Shining force, Persona 3), the word enigmatic, trying to find the answers to the unanswerable, finding beauty in the things most find are not, photography, walking my dog in the countryside in the sunshine and on the beach in the torrential rain, contradicting myself, riddles and acrostics, order in chaos and chaos in order, quotations and seemingly endless lists.
I don’t like the following: feeling depressed so much, Sudoku’s (the bane of all puzzles, too easy and pointless), people who don’t have lots of passions, the stupidity and ignorance of the human species in general (myself included of course), being a loner, the fact that meaningless material goods make me feel better, that things never work out the way that they should, procrastinating (I do it far too much), that I have wasted so much…(so many words could be inserted here),obnoxious and rude people.
