Hi, I love chess as a hobby. I do not take it as serious as some people - I just love the ideas. This is why you will see me talk about "offbeat" ideas. I have a love/hate relationship with 1.f4 that grows more into love everyday. Honestly, I couldn't love it as much if I had not studied other openings. I learned to appreciate things about them and apply them in my games. So I am pretty flexible with my ideas. And always willing to learn.
