What up?! My name is Kaliq. My name means "The creative attribute of God" ; and as such, I am a creative individual.Therefore, I am naturally versed in areas which require expressive improvisation or style in the way we interpret our inner-selves. These subjects include but are not limited to Drawing,Singing,dancing,and poetry,etc..I am always trying to broaden my horizons and see what else I can pick up and master.I can be an intellectual at times and sometimes i can be a straight up laid back joker haha.I am 17 getting ready to go off to college I wan't to pursue a career in Graphic art.I have suffered many adversities I have found one thing to be true, "You can not give up on you"-Kaliq Ray
As I have said in my about me I am always looking for skills to pick up and master and right now that skill is chess.A close friend of mine who is an avid player of chess introduced to the game.As I learned how to move the pieces I found that there is more to chess then piece movement.The game of chess requires a keen foresight into looking ahead of your opponent and a deep knowledge of openings,gambits,and a whole share of things I am yet accustomed to.Me and chess have been on and off but I find it soothing yet challenging in my spare time.Since my recent endeavors of chess I have found my family members(namely my Dad I'm going beat you one day!!!) to be experts when it comes to chess.
