I am relatively new to chess. I've been a hobby player for years (playing just a few games every year or so), but recently my fascination for the game has turned into obsession.

I was invited to play a few games of chess with "The Light" in November of 2011. After that, I've been watching videos about opening theory and studying famous games. Fischer, Carlsen, Kasparov, Karpov, Casablanca, Tal etc.

Chess allows me to challenge myself intellectually on a much higher level than any other game. A pure game of minds, much more immersive than any video game.
