Born again Atheist...I blame chess for giving me the clear thinking of my Baptism! I wish it were not so, but if any religion, in spite of mountains of evidence wants to state that Evolution is no more than an idea...then I cannot respect that set of superstitious beliefs. In fact, it really irritates me that people with no scientific training even bother to offer an opinion...
Chessically, I have become a bore, having learned how to grind my opponents for rating points & not really enjoying chess in the slightest anymore. Still, it's better than being aboard Alaska Flight 261 or a victim of the Boxing Day Tsunami etc [where was God that day?]
Prefer Blitz to long games but do like to work on endgame studies in my spare time...no just kidding.
