I have played chess since I was a young boy.  I have fond memories of hours and hours with my Dad and we played anywhere and everywhere.  

I play chess now because it is still fascinating, a great way to meet people, and I'm still learning. 

I have found that the more deeply I study chess, I realize that the subject is much deeper still.

I have recently had the opportunity to teach chess to young people and I love it. 

My goal is to get to 1800 and hold it.  Then, we'll see where we go from there.
