Favorite book is currently Rapid Chess Development by de la Maza. Favorite chess player is Irena Krush. I love the mental challenge that chess brings. Always such a feeling of accomplishment with any win, big or small. I am not rated but I am starting to play in tournaments. I like to have plenty of time to consider my moves and will have to work on speed later! I especially enjoy chess puzzles. I prefer to associate with those who value good sportsmanship and believe that the most important thing in chess is to improve and enjoy the people that I meet through chess.
