I have the honor of being an admin of three great groups:
Chess Chargers
This group was started by my brother but has now become mine. :) We are a small but fun and friendly group and play in both vote chess games and team matches. With only 2 ongoing vote chess games at a time, members are able to focus more on each game, and we usually get tons of indepth tactical discussions on the moves, making them a great learning experience. We are a pretty close group, but adoptions are usually very quick and smooth for new comers. 
How Great Thou Art
A friend and I started this group, named after...the song on the right! A place for Christians to get together and fellowship with one another. Or for anybody who isn't a Christian but is interested, they too will be welcomed whole heartedly. :) We have a daily verse for encouragement and to help us mediate on the Lord's ways.
New Jersey Chess Team
This group is the largest state group here on chess.com. It is a great group for people who live in New Jersey (or are former residents) to get together as a team. We host both vote chess games and team matches on this group and compete in team match tournaments. One of the tournaments we compete in is the US Chess League where we play against other states to see which is best and we have advanced to the finals against Washington for two consecutive years!
The song to the right is one of my favorite hymns. Here, two of the verses, the first and the last, are performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Absolutely beautiful... :)
