About Me:
I've known how to play chess since I was 7 yrs old, but there have been periods years and years long at a time where I haven't played-unfortunately. But thankfully this website exists so I can play for the rest of my life on a daily basis.
I use "Florentine" because that is the set that I've had since I was 7. It's a 11th Cent.replica Florentine set(I've seen them on Ebay) I'm trying to find out the history behind the original,and where that original is now in the 21st cenchtury. So if you know please contact me here at chess.com
Thanks to "Batgirl " who did some research for me, I found out some of the whys and whats about my set, some of the mystery was dispelled for me.
