Got Chess?
Anyone can join the group, so don't hold back. The individual's help in Vote Chess, and Team Matches would be appreciated :D
Here are a few reasons why you should join:
- We are a unique group with about 50 members and an average rating of about 1600. This doesn't mean that we just have 1600s, (DUH) this means that we have many 2000s.
- We have been working on Vote Chess since our team was formed, and we have been playing many games since then. As of now, we are playing in about 10-15 Vote Chess games! Here are our stats:

NOW SOME STUFF ABOUT ME:
I absolutely love playing chess. I first learned playing chess from my grandfather at the age of 6. When I found out that there was going to be a chess club at my school, I became blown up with excitement. I began to learn, and love chess. I started it like most kids- learning how all of the pieces move and remembering the names. Then it came time to play an actual game. I played against my coach and well, I lost pretty bad. He helped me through my mistakes though, which made me think better. Even though being on the younger side, that didn't stop me from playing the older kids in the class. I eventually began to play up against the older kids, learning from my mistakes. The next year, when I went to do chess club, it wasn't an option because my teacher had left the school to go somewhere else. That didn't stop me from playing though. Then whenever I went over my grandfather's house, I would always ask him if he could play against me. He would usually say yes, to teach me new things. Through the years, it was tough remembering how to play chess. But, then, when I was 10 years old, a new coach came. He helped me very much, to mold me into a better player. I began learning new things everytime that I came. Now, the same coach still helps me learn new things, from my mistakes. I used to play him and lose every single time. Now, it's a fair game, I win some, he wins some. He then recommended chesskid.com. I went on that website, to find some of the competition hard, but some very easy. That is when I decided to come here, chess.com. To play against better players, which means better competition. I now have learned a lot since I've been on this site, and hope to learn more! :) In addition to playing chess, I'm currently attending a school (a middle school). I'm in the 7th grade, and it is going well so far!
HOBBIES:
Outside of chess, I like to do many things, these include:
- Soccer- I currently play soccer and hope to play soccer for a very long time. I first played my first soccer game when I was only 3 years old.
- I love to read books!
- I like to play basketball just shooting on the hoop that my parents got for my sister.
