I used to play chess a lot.I even used to teach with my friend Austen Jay Green.... THEN i got married, and joined the Army. Both of these things i would not change for the world. I hate how there is a stereotype on chessplayers that they are all nerds or geeks or whatever pet name you want to add to that, because i dont know about YOU, but I AM NOT a nerd. I am a normal person, who just so happens to love Chess, BUT Chess has done so many things in my life. I probably wouldnt be who i am today without it. I would have never met my mentor Mr. Carmen A. Chairez, who has played a big part in molding me into the person that i am today. Chess has its way of pissing me off so badly that i take a long hiatus, only to return a few days/weeks/months later. So if you are interested in a game, i accept all offers. But i prefer the 3 days per move, i will probably end up taking less time, but i am deployed right now and the internet i have chooses which days it wants to work.
