About Me:
I was named for my Irish Grandmother Abiageal, which means "brings joy"...as far as my last name, I'm not 100% certain although I'm told (by mom) that we have Danish, German, and Irish ancestry. Chess is the best game/sport in the world. It is the only sport where the young can match up well against someone that has years more experience. It is also a sport where women can match skill and knowledge vs their male counterpart. Alexandra Kosteniuk, Judit Polgar, Susan Polgar, and Sofia Polgar are some of my favorite players.
