Lannie Settles
comes before U ,
Glad to be apart of what seems to be a great community of people loving and playing chess. Been around the block of this version of death called life.
But awful happy everyday and blessed when I awake. Gonna B fifty nest birthday ,m been riding motorcycles since 6 years old My dad owed a Suzuki dearlership in Cincinnati ohio , Called Gentleman Jim Settles. We were Suzuki's biggest dealership in sales in the world from 1975-1990. We sold the dealerships and a dragstrip we had I used to do a Quarter mile wheelie show there at least ten years I was fifteen the first time and thirty ny last show actually was doing thing that later like now are tricks and stunts these people on the croth rockets do today . Even broke a world record once Fastest Quarter mile wheelie 12.45 sec. @ 110.28 M.P.H. this was in 1983 .
Now we own a farm in Owenton Ky but we don.t farm we just kinda take it easy is a slowed down country feeling about and so quiet sometime the silence can seem like thunder .
Found this site and thanks to people Like Ruben of Portugal , David P. Of Colorado Peter the great of cornwell and Pepe Le Pu of France. I've found my mojo again for chess and hope to get better of a player maybe with the help of my new friends that can be achieved . Anyway anyone like to talk a bit get to know each other send a request to play me I can ride motorcycle great but chess still wet behind the ears. Ho....
