I love literature, culture, and soccer...
I played for Lancaster many years ago, but since then I have not had the time to devote to the game. However, finding this excellent site on the i/net has revived my interest, and I like to play a few games at a time. I think it suits me to play online, as I find I sometimes need time to decide on moves! I like the Ruy Lopez opening, I tend to feel insecure with queens pawn openings when playing with white. I'm not an expert at playing with black - I tend to get hemmed in!
