23 years old from San Diego, now living in Las Vegas, graduate of Stanford University, FIDE Master with 2 IM Norms, around 2400 USCF/2350 FIDE. 2005 U.S. Cadet Champion, 2006 Pan-American Games U18 Gold Medalist, played in 1 U.S. Championship (2006) and 3 World Youth Championships (2004, 2005, and 2007), April 25 is "Elliott Liu Day" in San Diego County.
