I am fortunate enough to do what I love for a living. I run the kitchen of a great Oregon restaurant housed in a two story log cabin on a cliff over looking a river.
I also enjoy playing music and writing poetry when I am not working as a chef.
I am engaged to the love of my life and we plan to marry sometime next year.
I am new to chess. I have known the rules for a long time but never played much. This site makes it very easy to play so I decided that it would be a great thing to do for fun as well as a good way to keep my mind sharp as I get older.
