I like chess, I just started on the 25th of November, 2007. I actually learned to play when I was younger, but I never played anyone, except for this one kid who was really good. I like to draw, and video games have always been my favorite pass time (replaced recently by chess). I want to become more involved in chess as I find it a very exciting and difficult game. My goal is to raise my rating to 1700!

I really hate losing streaks. They suck. Does anyone have any pointers for my midgame? It would help me out alot if you could post some. I definitely need to improve, but until I get my books on chess, I will have a difficult time doing so...Read more »
