Greetings, one and all!

I played chess when I was a child, but never started learning it seriously until Summer 2007, and have been trying to improve since then. Over the months I have also been teaching it to my friends and young students, and it has become a big wonderful part of my life in many ways. 

I have a long way to go, but I am grateful for this site that works so well for me and my haphazard schedule.
