I used to play chess with my Dad and have just love the strategy involved. I always thought I was pretty good, but never played at high school for fear of being branded a chess-nerd. (Hah... that's State Schools for you.)
I played a game against a guy from Czech Republic while on tour over there a few years ago but was absolutely annihilated. This made me want to play again. So I've joined up and am really enjoying it again.
Lately I've enjoyed a couple of nice wins, which, as always, feel good.
