I sometimes go for months on end and never play a single game. Then for no apparent reason, I get the urge to play every spare moment. I started playing the GAME of chess at the tender age of eight and whilst I have played in clubs, I no longer do so because I travel a lot with my job and can't commit to the same days each week. The aspects of the game I particularly enjoy is the detail, the depth and the limitless (or seemingly) number of variations. Online chess is so convenient and helps me to play as often as I like because I can play it from the hotel room or anytime when at home (So long as I don't neglect my Wife!). I'm relatively new to this site but so far it appears to be great. Please bring back the "Players" Tab! I'm happy to match against any level of player so long as they are polite and respectful.
