I am just now getting back to playing chess. I stopped playing about 10 years ago because I felt like I had progressed as far as I could and had become stale and predictable.
I have always preferred to play as black, I develop my pieces better and am not as aggressive as I am when playing as white. That is my biggest weakness, I'm far too aggressive when playing as white and don't study the board as hard as I should (on either side of the board really). I concentrate far too hard on what I want to do rather than on what my opponent wants to do.
So, 10 years later here I am, hoping to have learned some life expierences that will help my game and to become a much stronger player.
I'm always willing to learn and am never afraid of constructive critics who will help me to advance my game.
Thanks for reading,
Mark
