Just got back to playing chess/learning. Know I'm a novice but learn quickly. Really trying to see how chess is more of an experience than just a game. There seems to be more to the game than first meets the eye. Using the pieces to control other pieces (preferably my opponent's) seems to be the goal and a lot of fun.
Kudos to the Metalheads chess group as they are patiently trying to teach me how to play while not showing any mercy! But when you listen to the kind of music we do, mercy isn't a regular topic. So if you like your music hard, fast, and capable of causing brain damage, stop by and say hello and "BANG YOUR HEAD!"
