I started learning how to play chess when I was 10. I wasn't good at first, but like all the corny sayings like "practice makes perfect!", 5 years later! I'm not even close :p
I also enjoy writing scripts in HTML

I mostly play live games and go by the common rule, not offering a rematch if you won the game, for thats rude. The one who lost should choses whether or not if they want a rematch.
