With the end of my high-school years in sight, I remember much, and am thankful to have known those I have met here in Honolulu, Hawaii. My next destination is Indiana for college in the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. My hobbies other than chess include basketball, and reading ranging from Japanese manga to European and American classical literature. I'm a good student for the most part, with perhaps procrastination and history being my only achilles heel. My dream job is to teach College level mathematics, but, I try to be realistic and would be perfectly happy in any math-related job field that pays decently.

In the Scholastic chess where I'm from, there were always groups above the rest, and then there were the "aces" (top player) of each team; I was the ace of mine. Every other team's ace had a playing strength of around 1700-1800 uscf...Read more »
