I would like to tell you some great news: there is actual, physical evidence that the Bible is true. Below ae seven quick facts on the physical evidence of the Bible:
1. We can see soft tissue in fossilized dinosaur bones--they can't be millions of years old!
2. So many fossils-a massive flood had to have occurred at some point.
3. 40 major animal groups appear out of nowhere at the bottum of the fossil record. More evidence of the flood of Noah.
4. Ezekiel 28 gives us a beautifully fulfilled prophecy (and it's not the only one).
5. The Bible says that the Earth is round (I can't remember where it said that-I'll have to go home and do a little more research).
6. Compared with other old literature, the Bible achieves a fare more accurate position. For example: only 40 lines (or 400 words) of the New Testament are in doubt, where as 764 lines of the "Iliad" are questioned.
7. It was not until 1961 that anyone even knew Pontias Pilate had been a real person. In theat year, two arhaeologists excavated the Mediterranean port city of Caesarea.
These are just some of the many, many evidences pointing to the aughority of the Holy Bible.
I highly recommend that you read Josh McDowell's "A Ready Defense."
