About Me:
Honk if you love AACR2! Also, have been a part time programmer since the '70s working in a variety of languages. Currently I do most of my programming in Java with recent work in C and Pascal.

My Chess Style / Favorite Openings:
I have a busy homelife, so I will often use a full 3 days to make a boring move so I can think it over. No problems about playing on to mate if you prefer, though if I have a lost position and have faith you will find the mate I will resign. Will not usually use this site's "vacation" time control. I used to study. I used to play tournamants. I play OTB at lunchtimes when I can. I like solving problems when I can.
