About Me:
I could probably self-certify myself into the nuthouse but white just isn't my colour :s I love a chuckle :) I used to play chess a lot, growing up. A team i was in managed to get to the UK team national finals a couple of times, with very little help from me i must add! Since then i hadn't played much and just now here at chess.com I'm getting back into the game. What a game it is! All the years inbetween i tinkered about with strategic and tactical computer games, some for fun and some at competition level but it is chess that really actively develops the mind and playing against other people ensures a fresh challenge every time. I love a good hard and fast attack! I am finding the crowd friendly and fun which is a priority for me. I'm relearning how to play this wonderful game again and I'm and really appreciating all the great knowledge that is shared here by members. Cheers to this site and the wealth of knowledge and tactics to be gained from everyone here and thanks to all those playing, making chess fun and friendly again for me!
