About Me:
I'm a researcher from Cardiff University, studying astrophysics. Playing chess has become a bit of a drug, and I'm pretty sure my work has suffered as a result of too much playing. I simultaneously enjoy it and hate it - I'm kinda addicted, but it stops me concentrating on other things. I think I'm slowly getting better, and this site has already helped a lot.
Apart from chess, I'm a keen philosopher and Christian, and I run a martial arts club in my home city in which I'm pretty much the smallest guy :) I like playing squash, cycling and writing.
