About Me:
I'm interested in film production (writing, directing, producing, editing, etc), and plan to do that for my career. I daydream far too much about high fantasy, but if you asked me what my favorite genre is I'd say science fiction. Well, maybe you'd like to know more?

I learned how to play chess when I was a kid, but I never really learned any openings/strategy or anything until 6th grade, when our teacher made us play chess in class. Then I joined chess club, and yadda yadda, that's how it went. I sort of stopped playing for a while until high school, where re-met an old friend who was still in chess club, and I joined again. I've been in a few tournaments, and I really like reading books about/written by the old chess masters (especially Capablanca). I also like teaching chess to kids (really only my cousins, but anyone else would be welcome).
