Occupation: Photographer/Gold Prospector/Writer
My greatest pleasure is camping upon a makeshift dock, leaving all technology behind. I will listen intently for the ancient cry of animals fleeing ravenous predators. Nitetime, and the insects cluster overhead, hungry for my precious blood. I pull the netting over my body and let the battering of their frail bodies lull me into a deep sleep. Morning, and I awaken violently, as if punched. I immediately eat a high fat breakfast of sweetmeats, cheese and quail eggs. I then embark on scouring the area in search of bear sign. I lurch thru impenetrable vines and underbrush for any signs of rubbing, blood or scat. At night I wearily make my way for the dock, titillated at the prospect and hope of a new dawn.
