I'm a really big fan of the 8th World Chess Champion, Mikhail Tal - the magician from Riga.
Tal is also the first place record holder for the most consecutive games without a loss - 95! (October 1973-October 1974). 2nd place? Mikhail Tal with 85 (July 1972-April 1973)!
