I been playing since I was young! I luv chess! Playing chess helps relieve my stress! Helps me learn how to solve problems, plan for the future, see my goals & achieve them, protect myself from danger, choose my battles wisely, forces me to concentrate & pay attention! It makes me have to focus & stay wary of what's going on because just like in life 1 bad decision or mistake can ruin everything! Chess is also a very psychological game; the true challenge is to remain logical & not let ones emotions rule!
