My Chess Style / Favorite Openings:
For me, chess is a combination of art, science and sport. Despite my limited ability in this beautiful game, I always strive to find the hidden truth in a given position. Hence I like to analyse my and others' games. I prefer a sound positional style and I refuse to play so-called creative openings or dubious gambits. That said, I am still willing to sacrifice material for the initiative or positional compensation.
