Howdy!
My name is Aaron Reyes, I'm 24 yrs old and living in Universal City, TX. I love playing chess and I hope to improve a bunch. I have a twin brother who I played chess with growing up and he is the biggest influence in my chess endeavors. I love him a lot! My goal is to be the best chess player my God-given abilities and resources will allow me to be so that I may bring Him the glory. I have been inactive in tournaments for about 2 yrs and have recently started up again. I have been devoting most of my reflective moments the past year to the study of the endgame. I'm very competitive, but I strongly believe that sportsmanship is far more important than victory. I don't mind losing to better players. My style is positional and solid. I recently competed in the 2009 Texas State and Amateur Championships held in San Antonio, Texas. It as a great tournament and wonderful experience.
