In a world where much is uncertain, I find comfort in the game of chess. Chess offers the player a save haven where the rules are clearly set. It doesn't matter if you are old or young, from my hometown or the other side of the world, the rules we have to abide by are for each and everyone the same. White starts, black responds. For each piece of the board the players agree to their power and their ability to move. Yet in this strict world of black and white there is much room for creativity. So be my guest and play a game of wits so whoever wins, we shall both be the wiser.
