First I just wanna say, you dont have to be ugly to play good chess, but it helps. Although, for many of my good friends on here, they are beautiful, and they can still kick my butt. I was taught to play at age 8 by my dad, I never beat him until I went to jr high, and joined the chess club, got taught a few tricks, and my dad almost never beat me again.  My goal is to become a master.  or at least to reach 2000 fide before I die.  I love chess.com, and i'm grateful for the tools and friendships i've made on here.  It's good stuff.  being taught and learning is more important to me than winning.  Plus I appriaciate good Friends.
