About Me:
My husband, David (VA_Englishman on this site), and I met on BigChurch.com in May of 2006. We met for the first time in September and were married two months later. We're a perfect fit and love to play chess, ride our bikes & workout, read, play and sing music, but most of all, we love the Lord Jesus Christ.
I've been a computer programmer for 31 years and David worked in the Royal Mail for 26 years. In January, 2008, we're moving to Texas to take over as managers of my parents' 45 apartments. Pray for us! LOL!
We love the challenge of the game and are really enjoying meeting and playing people here on chess.com from all over the world. We both log on and play here everyday. David bought me a Susan Polgar 8-DVD chess instructional set for my birthday in October and I'm planning to sign up for Chess Mentor soon. Chess has become a wonderful "diversion" for us and we're very grateful for chess.com and everyone who has invested their time and money into making it what it is. Thank you!
