I started playing chess in High School and have played tournaments for 20 years. I spent most of my career (and still am) in the Class B range. I spent the early 2000s away from OTB play furthering my real career (IT) and having kids (2 now). I am now back to playing 10-15 rated games per year and it seems I'm ready to make a serious run at 1800. We'll see how that turns out...LOL!
My other major hobby is my involvement in the furry fandom. Everything from fursuiting to art (mostly comics...see my background). I also have a strong interest in Economics and Constitutional Law and classify myself as an "Evangelical Libertarian".
