Hi there. I came to chess late in life. I was in Federal Prison and was confined, in what they call "special housing" and we call the SHU (solitary) and I had just finished my trial. I was bored and someone send me a book title "CHESS FOR DUMMIES" so I made pieces of toillet paper and a board in the concrete floor and starte to study. I am a cuban that that suffers the sorrow of living far from the place that gave me birth. Thus I have created a group called "ROSA BLANCA" in honor of a great poem of JOSE MARTI . So if you are a cuban or decendant of one or like another great poet of my homeland once said, if you have the state of mind of a cuban, come and join me
