I am an aspiring chess player. I love soccer, football, swimming, and golf. My profession is to be a banker someday (or any other career that invloves finance). I learned chess when I was six, and has been playing ever since. I plan to go to a chess camp this summer.
My Chess Style / Favorite Openings:
I have been playing chess since 5, but a few years later the playing kinda lulled. Then i got back into chess, with the chess club in my school. So then i typed "chess.com" one time to see what would happen, and here I am! I dont have a high rating right now, but it is slowly and steadly rising. I have a 1500 rating on Chessmaster, but i guess that doesnt really count....
I want to become a very high rating player sometime in the future, and i think I can reach that goal :-). I dont really understand how to sacrifice pieces or not kill a piece as soon as I can, which is vital to become a good player. I'm still gripping that concept. . . .
