About Me:
Well, I enjoy playing guitar, keyboard, and trumpet. I like to draw, paint, ceramics, crocheting, and sewing. I also write poetry and have one book of my poetry that has been published so far. I have a manuscript I'm currently editing and I'm planning on entering it into a couple of contests after get I married so it can be published under my married name. Also, I'm currently going to college and my major is Chemistry. I'm hoping to eventually get hired on with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and work in the crime lab analyzing substances. (Exciting right?)
I first learned how to play chess when I was 18. A good friend taught me how to play. Unfortunately, that friend passed away a couple of years ago but every time I play it makes me think of him. I'm not the greatest player in the world I'm very much a novice and I really need to work on strategy - so any tips would be appreciated.
